A few things to keep in mind:

• Waivers and participant registrations will be completed and returned to ZEPHYR as soon as possible after booking program
• Booking at minimum one month in advance preferred
  • Absolute deadline, three days prior for already-set programs
• Additional materials and preparatory lists distributed before program
• Groups of 8 to 10 (inc. chaperons) prearranged preferred
• Discounted rates available when booking out a full program. Inquire!
